Returns and Replacements
Standard Return Policy

Genesis Wholesale is not responsible for the shipping of any returned products. Customers must agree to use only reputable carriers that can provide proof of delivery and insurance for shipments and endure all shipping, insurance charges, and all risk of loss for returns. Any returned products must
- Be in pristine and re-saleable condition
- Have all original packaging material
- Have tags
- any other extras provided by Genesis Wholesale
Any returns that do not abide by this criterion will be considered a breach to the Return Procedure. Genesis Wholesale may reject the return or charge fees for any missing components.
Wrong or Damaged Items
If you have received the wrong (item, color, length) or a damaged item (altered, cut or damaged, missing components) please notify us at (email@example.com or (410)-525-8301) within 7 business days for us to investigate the problem. If the wrong item is not received within 30 days after contacting us we will reject the return.
Steps for Wrong Items
- We require that you take a picture of the wrong item and email it to (firstname.lastname@example.org or (410)-525-8301) for verification.
- Once verified, we will email/fax you a USPS pre-paid return label for shipping. If you cannot drop the faulty item off at the nearest USPS, we ask that you mail the item via USPS Priority mail and enclose the receipt for your reimbursement.
- Once we verify that your faulty item has been received by us, we will ship out the correct item. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and examined.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery done between 1 to 6 working days depending on location
- Genesis Wholesale has the right to charge customer(s) for any costs due for any amount owed to Genesis Wholesale.
- Genesis Wholesale cannot be held responsible for any shipment that is not delivered.
By purchasing from Genesis Wholesale, you are agreeing to the listed terms and hereby forfeit the right to dispute shipments that have been delayed, lost, or stolen, unless fault lies with Genesis Wholesale.
Tracking and Managing Deliveries

- Lost packages will go through trace department which will take 1 to 30 business days before we can issue refund, reprocess, or store credit.
Genesis Wholesale must receive payments before accepting an order or shipping. Payments may be made via credit/debit card or other methods provided by jehahn.com
Changing an Order
After orders are submitted, we cannot make changes to your order item. To change your shipping address or shipping method, contact us at (firstname.lastname@example.org or (410)-525-8301). Please have your order number on hand for better assistance.
